the c2 has better black levels in a bright room because the s95b doesn’t use a polarizer

like a 3000MHz RAM stick might be 'compatible' with a build

but will only run at 2667MHz, soa 2667MHz stick is better for that build, waste of money paying for extra when it wont run faster

and you need to know what you are building the pc for, gaming work etc. to best match the parts

for example, a pc that serves as a server you will want a lot of cores and threads

a gaming pc you will want a good graphics card

etc.
