future CPUs will be similar to big.LITTLE, but will be x86.ARM... hybrid cpus with dual architecture. starting with big powerful x86 cores, and maybe a few smaller arm cores.. and slowly over time, the arm cores will engulf the x86 cores (feel free to replace ARM with RISC-V in this, it could be either, but more than likely ARM because it already has a big eco system)... until desktop computing runs ARM entirely
