not sure then, there are some registery values you can also check but im not entirely sure.

it is still possible that you are using all of your available RAM, but it just reserves that half.

best way to figure that out is run a bunch of programs, check task manager

and add up all the RAM being used

So I setup an internet wide tracker and ad blocker, diverted around my isps throttled servers with my own dns (which I normally use just for my personal servers but oh well), and have now stuck our network behind a nice little ddos protection firewall
