I have an EVGA RTX 3080ti FTW3 Hybrid and I play Cyberpunk at Max Settings, with Ray tracing set to Ultra, and DLSS Quality on. At 70% fan speed, that being 2100RPM on two 120MM stock fans, I get around 60C during gameplay.

I also notice a wooshing sound of the pump while I'm playing, but this goes away when not playing anything.

How normal is that?
