The 2gig networking in your house is nowhere near the speeds within a CPU and between the CPU and RAM. For that reason, no software/networking solutions have been made. AFAIK even your ec2 instances are localized to one machine at AWS, i.e. you're not gonna be able to expand the resources to take up multiple machines at their datacenter.
