I was just brainstorming demented scenarios that might be possible in real life; this one being possible would mean some additional comical occurred. They were wrong when they thought you resisted arrest because it was impossible to arrest you. As soon as they made that wrong guess, you were resisting an arrest from them and that became real.

Your past self failed to pull over when in the future it became a crime.

But the cool part here is being made aware that you're 'placed' under arrest and on what grounds (what is it you did that was criminal). Even though it looks weird here, you actually always find out that you're being arrested or even sought after by the same police after they began doing so.

Sure the FBI are made aware of it, but they didn't show up. The only federal part about it was the prison you got sent to, maybe the court in some way, and which bus drove you there (was it the entirely funded by just that's state's tax payer or the whole country).

I'm not actually sure of the real technicalities here, but you can easily fix this 100% by making breaking a federal offense a state-level offense for your own laws. And same thing going forward, municipals can at least arrest you for breaking state law because it's illegal; same goes for federal laws. You actually indirectly can arrest somebody for the exact same physical act which was criminal federally this way. This is pretty interesting because you actually made the act in itself criminal to break any federal laws in itself the thing which the city arrested you for. In other words, there's nothing that says a murder ever had to truly take place if the state punishes federal violations defines what the city punished you for. Truly, the act itself was a federal crime before it could have been the other two.

What this really is telling of (to me) is that The Science and our Science are fundamentally relevant in law: either it happened or it didn't. It was the criminal act in itself. The Science is the ideal observation of what took place while our Science can only be perfectly played by its rules. After that, a lot of things are out of our hands. Dinosaurs were never observed to exist; this is one of the many things you can't truly observe in the most direct way.

On the other hand, we haven't proven that anything other than an animal related to the rest of biology can leave ribcage in sand after dying. We haven't proven that it's not dinosaur bones. Same with law: it should only have one correct ruling no matter what as defined through physical occurring things.

They can arrest you anywhere for any reason right or wrong. The procedure can be correct or improper to the extent where all of it wasn't supposed to happen in terms of the rest moving forward. But this is the exact same case in the USA if you look at it closely. What's stopping an officer from doing the exact same thing? Nothing. What is the only physical difference in which it results? The penalties for the parties involved. Nothing stops crime. We as humans for sure are limited by fundamental natural laws to only policing them. That's when we watch for these things and often times agree on ideally the most reasonable action to apply when we catch them happening.

Canada has pretty much the same privacy and even how the authorities protect it in a lot of places. Both USA and Canada they need the warrant and making you aware to search the same private properties in the general sense or your consent (which you actually don't really have a choice over since your property in itself is up to you how/when/where to use it; you can therefore give permission for anyone including officers to search it -- that's one option). When you use your legally owned firearm to shoot someone or something else that's not yours, you didn't do something illegal with your property. You did something illegal to the other person or property without consent.

Can anyone here help me understand the advantage of using Intel Rapid Storage Tech to make a cached / hybrid drive out of two NVME SSDs (one 500GB / 1TB disk and a 28GB Optane card) in a laptop? I had a couple of HP Spectre X360 laptops in for repair because "Windows won't boot" that showed the signs of failed hard disk / SSD, and disabling the RST hybrid drive and setting it to use just the main SSD solved the issue.

I know when the main capacity drive is a slower spinning HDD, having the cache drive boosts effective read/write speeds (like an SSHD, AMD StoreMI and similar), but what is the advantage when the main drive is already an NVME SSD?
