I would say the SE Gen 3 (2022) - however if that fails, then maybe the 12 - the 13 and 14 are still to expensive, only reason you might want a 13 is if you want long term OS updates

even consider a 2nd hand one, with people upgrading the market is flush with 2nd hand devices

my father had a 6 for ever, he only needed an upgrade as some apps would not update any more (iOS Would not upgrade, and thus the apps would not update)

1. if you need faster render time with CUDA, then upgrade your gpu ( you can also hold on and wait for 4000 series cards )
2. if you also want/need faster import/export, then get an nvme ssd's to any capacity you desire
3. you might need new psu too if youre upgrading your gpu, otherwise everything looks good

if you want faster ram and timings its also a choice you can consider
