Logitech has an issue with its dongle in windows where windows sees that it is using very little power. So it then turns the dongle off briefly and it pops back on. It will do this several times and if you try to use your mouse or keyboard it looks like it mistypes, or is really laggy.

It was 7, since a hdd failed the most it would load into windows was the repair thing than I swapped to ssd and we didn’t think about windows 7 being not supported anymore
