I think that's what Asus realized for their next phone. Zenfone 9 basically has everything that the community has asked for, they just made their phone a bit thicker than other phones.

I mean....I honestly hate software updates. My phone has always been worse after Android updates. Android 8 made my Galaxy S7 unusable, and Android 9 straight up busted my S8. Two years for the Zenfone 9 seems totally fair.
