If there is any issue with the heat pipes or heatsinks or thermal paste or any of that reaching that point could trigger the clock speed to drop

Basically the fans are spinning at maximum because the temperature is it actually on the die is higher than is appropriate for that package

Oh I wasn't talking about that. There's a section in settings panel to see all your installed software, how much space they take up, and an option to uninstall it (either through Microsoft just yeeting it or booting the relevant uninstall.exe)
