You can't run stuff off of page file it's just there to protect against asset caused memory overflow if your program is continuously utilising all of the assets at the same time you can't rely on page file as it won't be able to switch the stuff present in your ram fast enough

It's a weird one this, actually. dedicated GPU disappeared, we went through all the steps, did full os reinstalls, bios stuff, everything (think it was the bios that killed it in the first place).
