tasmania has pretty good laws surrounding electric bikes and other micro mobility stuff

ebikes must be pedal assist and motors cant be above 250w, and the motor must cut out at 25km/h

like, we use high quality vehicles and just looking at the network nothing seems all that bad

but overcrowding is actually quite a large issue
