I have an Asus something or other as well, which would be awesome for a desk, but I have a PC at my desk anyway.
I was using a GTX1080 in it.
but the gigabyte aorus case comes in a carry bag, and has full rate USB C charging, so I only need one cable (and/or a thunderbolt hub)

speaking of e-gpus, I had an old laptop that uses a ultralight charger brick. Should I upgrade the brick to accomodate a e-gpu
