I remember some software (cant remember the exact name) that can list every single thing going on in the system, incl what reg keys were opened etc. It was part of sysinternals by MS officially iirc. You could try to see what the plugin checks for by filtering the view and seeing exactly what it's doing, then editing registry temporarily or something to fool a plugin (this won't be easy).

Even if you manage to do that, if the plugin actually uses the special hardware in RTX GPUs to do stuff (like tensor cores/RT cores), it'll not work at all, might outright crash, not start, etc

That software is heavy, since a lot of stuff is going on in the background, even if you don't notice it, like windows explorer reads registry for what entries should show up in right click context menu on the desktop every time you right click

i'm using after effects 2022 and bought a plugin called depth scanner which allows to create depth map inside after effects it uses ai so i tried to install it and it doesnt work for me

but my friends with rtx in their hardware seems to work fine
