For some strange reason, whenever i try to use a livery, either free roam or a regularly scheduled dlc service, they just dont pop up. whenever i try to load up a consist the liveries do appear, im on console so i cant install any mods. Anything i can do?

its quite literally impossible to spawn any livery (Creators club or livery designer) in freeroam

i can only spawn liveries if they are part of a consist

like, if before the bug happened i made a consist with a liveried ICE3, i can still spawn it and it works fine

Also the formation designer has the same issue
