I think you have many mods installed after seeing the log. Try moving them to a different temporary directory and opening the editor

wait but the last time when I read your log, it was showing WinGDK.pak in the log

this is usually the name of the core game file of UWP versions of the game

can you send me a screenshot of your paks folder??
