I think this may be an issue to the other types of diamond rolls then. Can you try pasting that text into a Party Chat and see if it displays it in the secondary chat (the one that shows the text and vanishes)
If that works then it might be that the mail doesn't support those anymore or when it doesn't it means it's just that text that is the problem.

I'm not sure if this still works at the moment, but by pasting in these formats onto the Party Chat, the second chat that show a player's text temporarily will include the message.
