4th Loadout slot gets copied to 1st slot

Step 1 : Make sure 3rd and 4th loadouts filled

Step 2: Go to bridge

Step 3: Press Tab a few times

4th loadout slot gets copied to the 1st slot and you can use them in game

@weary thorn Visually it is true, in definition, I simply believe Loadout 1 just exists because the game equips automatically the default units even if we don't see them.

Which may be why the Loadout slots would be blank and simply do nothing in the end.

You're misunderstanding the problem.

The default units exist, but they're marked as blank until you restart your game (not match, your game). And since they exist but as blank, it still allows you to direct yourself to Loadout 1. And we can notice that nothing happens when we switch to that loadout because when the unit is blank, it gets replaced by the last available loadout's unit.
