Double jump makes you too safe on the ground, energy isn't really the problem. It just makes it so you live in many situations that a player would normally die, making harass more annoying.

It depends, If It took a lot of energy and you could perform it only once It wouldn't be a problem

Also, double queue ( the illusion of double queue) was a very good idea because the game wasn't that much slow

Imo, ground to Air should go, Follow command was abused but follow to the point was a great thing to have, Autodeploy gave a lot of tactical advantages too - which is cool, to be honest. also, Double queue ( an illusion of double queue) was in favor of game to be less slow and gave more opportunities to push, which is cool
right now it feels like both sides can't really move
and all follow the same pattern of units in most cases
Btw, what I really hate is they just removed some stuff but gamepad still have X8 transform speed
and Gamepad and Mouse Angel have different mechanics

Double jump also works without Q Heal, the "glide" distance is too much and can be spammed if energy available.
How 2nd queue would work without autodeploy?
That sounds more like build 2 units at the same time in 1 queue.

I would accidentally double jump a lot anyway because I couldn't bounce away. The game is better without them
Double jump lets you live when you would have died, q heal does the same, just more severe. Double jump made it so you could harass and get away without dying in instances you would now, Q heal meant you could never die to airmechs chasing you without support. Also, "it wasn't a huge deal for hog\paladin". That is true, but as someone who plays paladin, I would 100% live way more now with double jump. I can't throw a hammer and be as safe anymore.
