First of all, I’ll explain what Kazakhstan is. Imagine a Russian ghetto/Mexico.
This country uses а tenge as its currency. I have my Steam balance in tenge and I can't buy in-game bundles. As a friend suggested to me “Game turns the currency into dollars and it doesn’t seem to know how to convert tenge into it.”

I had a rub currency in both steam and the game. Changed region in steam to kazakhstan and it still shows rub.
It actually doesn't recalculate them in usd, it has special prices for different currencies, but it seems it has aome issues with kzt or your account.
