It might be unpredictable however it is a question to ask James or insanefirebat

The servers suddenly closed, James mentioned that the server is running and there's a problem with something else that is affecting the problem of being unable to join.

This problem is causing players to be unable to log in, can you tell me if you are trying to resolve it or if it is something I have to resolve at home? I'm very new to all this, as you can tell, I'm really lost and I really appreciate the fact that you're answering me

It's complicated stuff involving certificates for a cascading set of internal services. Not the normal cert issues. It is taking some time to unravel.

In the meantime the reboot Beta has been updated with simple offline access. I would suggest immediately exiting the tutorial when it throws you in there. (Since it assumes you are a new player)

No the PTR would also be down in this case. It's the master provisioning server. All the servers are "up" they just can't be issued new certificates without this special master one have the special cert...
