Good evening, yesterday during the Kings Italy semifinals, I submitted my player lineup and their corresponding secret weapons (I've attached images of the lineup and the time remaining to submit them). However, at the end of the semifinals, I didn't receive the points for the secret weapons, and they don't even appear as if I submitted them. I already reported this via Discord to the Spanish support representative (Frank) and filed a complaint on the Fantasy website, but no one has offered a solution. I'm simply asking for the points for the secret weapons, as I submitted them and have proof, but no one is taking any action. I hope someone here can help me. Thank you in advance.

Yes, I already spoke with Fran, but he wasn't any help. He said the team is aware of the error, but since it's a beta version, they're looking for ways to prevent it from happening again.
But with that mistake I lost the top spot in the semifinals, just because the fantasy system didn't give me the points I deserved for my secret weapons that I placed and for which I already sent photos of the evidence.
I'm not asking for anything unreasonable, just that they give me the points I'm entitled to, and Fran refuses to do it, even though the mistake was theirs.
This is the third time they've only told me that the team is aware of the error and apologized, but I don't want apologies.
But I don't want apologies, I just want them to fix their mistake.
And that they are looking into it
So please understand our team is reviewing it and we appreciate your patience while they do.
Trying to bypass support who you are in direct talks with, won't speed it up as they are already on it

In the past, they only told me they were aware of the situation and that they would work to prevent it from happening again.
He never told me to be patient, that they would fix it.
There are no guarentees that the points will be restored, however our team is reviewing it and he said the team is aware of the issue and working to try to nullify this happening further
As said, this is as a beta, so we ask your patience and understanding but we are looking into it, which he did share with you

Sorry for being repetitive, but I'm just asking that you give me the points I rightfully earned and deserve.
I understand, but just cannot make promises, things have to be reviewed & checked and we will see what can be done
But expecting a promise of something while we're saying it's under review during a beta is all that can be shared for now.

It's as easy as logging in and uploading the points I've earned. I feel like I'm not asking for anything unreasonable, or if I am, just tell me. Can't you fix your own mistakes?
