I am submitting this email as a formal complaint regarding a critical and unresolved issue affecting my account in Combat Arms Classic.
For over 7 weeks, my account has been affected by a severe bug where my inventory displays as 0, which completely prevents me from accessing any game mode. As a result, my account is effectively unusable.
Despite making multiple reminders and requests for assistance to GMs and staff on the official Discord, I have been ignored repeatedly and have received no solution, no follow-up, and no explanation.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering that:
I have spent a significant amount of money on this account
The issue is not caused by user error, but by a game-side bug
I am one of the very few affected players, while many others have already left
Nearly 50% of the player base has declined, with some moving to private servers due to ongoing unresolved issues
Those of us who remain are the loyal players who continue to support Combat Arms Classic both financially and within the community. Being treated this way — ignored for weeks while locked out of the game — is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
I am requesting:
Immediate investigation and resolution of the Inventory = 0 bug on my account
Clear communication regarding the status of this issue
Proper support and accountability from the Combat Arms Classic team
