Bro you gotta use your logical reasoning and thinking abilities more. Let me explain it to you:

There is a direct contradiction between the product name/visuals and the written contents for both the Ice Mas Weapon Perm Package and the Ice Mas Gear Perm Package. The store listing itself is internally inconsistent and therefore misleading.

How will you know if product name or description is the correct one?
As a customer, there is no reliable way to know whether the product name and promotional images or the written description are the correct source of truth. You cannot know for sure in advance, and that uncertainty alone is what makes the listing deceptive.

For example:
If I buy the Weapon package and receive weapons even though the description says gears, I personally would not complain because I got what I wanted. However, another buyer who trusted the description and expected gears receive weapon would have been misled and harmed. And the opposite scenario would mislead the weapon buyer instead.
Either way, at least one group of buyers is guaranteed to be misled. That’s why the listing is misleading by design, not just confusing.

I tried to explain you in the most basic way and words, even example. I'm pretty sure you can get the idea now. If the description is correct, then the product name and promotional image are misleading. If the name and image are correct, then the description is wrong. Either way, the store listing is internally inconsistent,misleading and violates fair advertise.
