Me and @bronze abyss had a diamond 2 in rank C, he isn't supposed to be in the rank. Can a mod cancel that series and move the player to his correct rank?

I didn't say that, so I'm not sure why you're lying about that (but making a help post is generally the right idea for issues, however I don't appreciate you making false claims about my actions)

We generally don't rank check players down unless it's an extraordinarily severe case (ie. someone hasn't played in years or something)

I can take a look at the tracker/history and see about deranking but it's really only done if someone hasn't played in an extremely long time and is clearly far below their previous skill level

It has been handled, he is in the correct rank but had the wrong account linked, which has since been fixed. Elo will not be refunded, but regardless thank you for letting us know about the situation.
