HI JGB..

I am a mom of a kid who is trying everything to get our situation resolved. You closed my help thread today around 6pm... I understand. IOt was titled HELP THE SERVER ISD GOING TO KICK ME OFF (or something like that) Seems like you guys tried to respond prior (you said, "You have been told that." But your response was the first reply I have gotten on any of my efforts. I have spent hours over the last few days waiting for some response that could help. I suck at a lot of this stuff. I will spare you any more of my sob story but I do ask please don't give up on me yet. I have read the rules for discord and double counter multiple times, but it's all "Greek to me."

I do see that around 2 you first responded, however what happens is in order to make any post (even on the help thread) I have to verify account. I literally have one minute to type (i pre wrote these and copied them over). It says denied for alt account kicks me off of this server so I can not see anything, anymore. I just try to log on over and over to see if I can post again or see any response. 🙁

Hello, thanks for your message. I have sent you a friend request to try and sort this. Apologies this has taken so long, the double counter bot will kick a player if they already have had an account in the past as that account fills the necessary slot in the code for security reasons as we do not allow alternate accounts.

Please @ Mod again once you get in and we will try verify the account so we can sort out the old account and get this account ready. 👍

I believe it is midnight there currently, some of us are not in NA so on a difficult timezone but we will try our best.

JGB and I will likely be up around 7 hours from now which should be 7-8AM PST so hopefully we can sort then.
