As i said, we will need more information than this. You could be somebody try to alt, or a banned player trying to ban-evade. We've had it happen in the past so need to take pre-caution is all.

Well your main account isnt eligible for 6mans and you cant play on that as it was hacked so the only way you'd be able to play is to grind the new account a lot or try to recover your main account
and then grind that to diamond to be eligible for 6mans
