I was wrong and paid my penalty, but you are arguing that the rules state that it is for 3 months, but at no point in the rules does it say exactly that what I did gives a 3-month penalty, adding that I was banned and we are in a new season and I got the MMR to go up because at no point was I notified of that extra 3-month penalty, therefore it was their fault.

As i said before, the 3 month rule is in place for everyone who demotes from B, as you were technically demoted from B the rule stands for you as well
And yes you rank checking just has reset that 3 months
