Hi Carlos I have already checked out the website and clicked ranked check but this is the only thing that pops up (If you are having trouble rank checking with an Epic account, make sure the epic username of your linked EPIC account is up to date in 6Mans, If it is not, please make a help post in the discord with a link to the tracker of the updated account.) Am i just missing something? It doesn't say what my rank check is or anything. Sorry if I'm being stupid and am just misunderstanding something. Thank you!

Hey @frail jackal so I tried looking you up in our system and it’s not finding anything, are you sure on your end you did everything correctly and signed up correctly

To double-check, I visited the website https://www.rl6mans.com/. I created an account, signed in, linked my Epic and Discord accounts, and followed the instructions. This included specifying my region, navigating to settings, running a rank check, and clicking the big green button. have I missed any important step that is screwing this up? @past pulsar also really appreciate the help

On your end, will you be able to try signing up using a different browser than the one you used?

So I'm trying it in a new browser as you suggested, but it's saying all my accounts are already linked to another user's Discord account

So the epic that was already linked to another discord account, we've just unlinked it

try linking the epic to your discord account now on the 6mans website

@past pulsar Its still saying the same thing also not sure what happened but its acting a bit different now so it says I'm logged in however anytime i try to click settings or anything it just brings me to the screen to link my account compared to before when i could click settings and everything and hit the rank check button but it just wouldn't do anything

Ok, so basically, the first one is just the home page area; however, if I click on title, stats, or settings, it sends me to this @past pulsar . Your help is much appreciated

And you are linking the right epic account i'd assume as well right? @frail jackal

the epic that you were trying to link that was linked to another discord account has been unlinked from that account.

I linked the correct account i do have one other alt should i try anything with that one?

@past pulsar Yeah im not really sure its still saying that its linked to a different account however it only does that when i click on Epic (which is the only one i have an account with)

Can try rank checking on the website again, it should let you now that you are linked @frail jackal
