How come is it linked to an old Discord account?

i made a new discord account awhile back (this one) and when i went to login on the 6mans website i didn't even think about the old discord account popping up instead of this discord account for the authorization of the bot on the website, and then continued to link my epic to the old discord account and then couldn't get the rank check to sync to this account (due to it being linked to the old discord)
so it was all just a big mistake
