If you subbed out, you automatically lose 20 MMR unfortunately. It explains this in our rulebook.
No matter if your team won or lost, you still lost MMR as you technically forfeited the series by being unable to play. It's just unlucky circumstances.

Yeah its unfortunate but not a lot we can do to enforce it. If the series hasn't started 10 minutes after the teams were chosen by the bot, you are free to re-q
