Elo issue

Hi, just rejoined after a few years and when i left i was roughly around 1350-1400. But now Im 1600 and quite frankly i dont know how to move up without smurfing on people lower ranked than me. can you guys place me in an elo more accurate for me? I peaked 1623 this season so far (or if this is the correct one so be it i really dont know)
