Rank Check still wont work

I was told once i play my threes placement matches my rank check should work now but it still wont work

In future, please refrain from making multiple posts on the same issue.
As for now, can you send me your rl tracker please? When you name change on epic, it voids the old one and therefore causes issues. (Its fine we can easily fix it though)
