the reaon for that would be because you need to finish your ranked 3v3 placements and then rank check via this link.

You need to finish signing up to 6Mans via the website, even just until you get to the linking accounts page. Once there, we will be able to sort it out for you and you can rankcheck after that.
You can also try linking the epic in the meantime.
