Hi, so as ive seen you will have to rankcheck first to be able to actually use most channels. However you will not be able to rankcheck until you finished your ranked 3s placements as it goes off of your current 3s mmr. If you finish them and rankchecked and nothing works get back to me or any other moderator / support and we will have a depper look into it.
