what is the mmr for rank c i am 1540 and rank checked and got put in Rank D, on website it says 1515 for rank c?

This is my highest level rocket league account my other accounts from PlayStation could not be connected to my new pc

I have just moved from console

It could not be connected to my PlayStation account when I tried my ranks all got reset to 600 mmr
