Problem with Discord

Hey, I have a problem with my Discord Account. The Website is telling me, that my steam account is already linked to another user's discord account. The recent username switch made my discord name no longer work because it removed the tag. I do not longer have any acces to my "old" discord account because it is just this account with another name. It also started with Venatrix. I would be thankful if i could get any help <@&534030639662366749> <@&371968277808676867>
