Disabled discord account linked to my epic account

My alt discord account (lilkrinna#0147) Is linked to my epic account, lil krinna. I did this on accident but it wasnt a problem as I could switch. Now that discord account has been disabled for age restrictions, I cant enable it anymore due to me already having this discord enabled through age verification. So its permanently disabled. I need to unlink those 2 accounts so I can link my epic account to this account.

whenever I try to link an epic, it links my alt

Now I clicked on link account and without even being able to change anything it just linked my alt again

It says im too low rank even though im c3 in 3s
