I went back down to GC1 but I'd already sent a message to the staff and they told me to send a message back after the reset because I'd made too many games they said I'd go up, so I sent a message back. I had this conversation with @meager halo

You need to be GC2 in 3v3, 2s doesnt count

We go off of current ranks, regardlesss if you were GC2 in 3s previously

Doesn't matter. We can't go off of ranks you hit in the past, it's solely based on whatever your 3s rank is Currently

I get that. But the problem is that when I sent a message, ansix told me it would reset rank c because I was GC2 at the time.

You were GC2 at that time yes, but because you had played more than 5 matches last month, you weren't able to rankcheck last month. You are no longer GC2, thus you aren't eligible to rankcheck to C
