I'll share my thoughts on s1:

Overall really solid intro to the show, the fight scenes were awesome and incredible, we have amazing characters on all parts of the personality spectrum, the female characters are actually powerful enough to hold their own and not be reliant on the male characters which is a common trope that the show rightfully does away with, and I really like that the story is quite simple to follow unlike the other anime I've watched (aot) which got slightly confusing later on. Animation is great and the soundtrack didn't initially impress me all that much first, but there are some bangers of tracks I didn't notice. Also mad props to the character designers, most of the characters look fucking awesome

Overall I'd give a rating of 9.1/10

Aot may have the better soundtrack but jjk's openings are straight fire, the story is much easier to follow (I really liked aot's story as well, but in s3 and 4 it got somewhat confusing), the villains are great, the main cast is great, everyone is great (except toji and shigemo fuck those guys), and hotter characters 😏

Jogo did apparently go easy on Maki tho for whatever reason compared to the other two because only her torso and head can be seen on fire, but seeing as she has 0 cursed energy and is just a regular human with insane physical strength, that theoretically could have been enough to kill her. Since I have the benefit of knowing Maki survives I'm pretty curious to see how and when her return happens ||
