I tried reseating the RAM sticks and testing them individually, still a black screen. I removed the graphics card and connected it to the motherboard, still the same. I disconnected all devices and cables from the motherboard, still a black screen. No LEDs on the motherboard are lit—neither CPU, DRAM, VGA, nor Boot. Does this mean the motherboard has given up?
