And the wifi card inside the shell can be replaced with any standard PCIe WiFi card.

drivers up to date doesn't mean games don't crash.
Updating drivers is one of the more easier things to do when you are facing issues/crashes, so that's why a lot of people recommend that. Low hanging fruit solution.

I have used my dad's very bulky and very heavy ratcheting screwdriver, which while it seems to work fine, like I said its heavy and it has half the bit storage as the LTT as well as too short of a shaft for finger action

If the ratchet is anything worse than excellent I'd rather just have a good quality regular driver

Stubby LTT? Wouldn't recommend honestly, looking at it the shape looks like it would be off balance, and most of the weight comes from the ratchet and handle not the shaft

motherboards rarely affect performance to any noticeable degree
