We are have one in LA, one in UK. We have other networks that are UK base having this issues, other networks bases throughout the US having these issues
Are you the server owner?
I own one network, I have multiple friends who own networks with 2-20 servers as well
That’s what I was showing you, most of the individuals who own large DayZ networks are in a discord together so we can coordinate when there are outages, bugs or glitches
We are all experiencing this. Blackout one of the larger networks which has 18-20 servers is having this issue across all their servers
How long have you had the problems? Did they occur at the same time?
We had this issue starts a week or so ago
But it’s gradually getting worse.
You have already opened a ticket right?
Dude I’ve opened like ten because we go into a restart loop every other day lol. Only response I get is “ okay well it’s fixed now “ or “ we did something on the back end “. But then the issue happens again the next day. And yes I have validated all my files, I’m below the recommended number of events, we have balanced our CLE and still this issue persists. We didn’t change any of our files either, made no alteration whatsoever. So yeah just feel like my ticket gets a temporary fix and then I have to take hours out of my day fixing the server by opening a ticket again.
Just becoming a headache at this point. I don’t mean to rant and I’m not giving you guys shit, it’s just at some point people who pay their hard earned money for this stuff ( and a lot of money btw ) are going to get upset. And reasonably so, I’m sure if it was you guys paying you’d be slightly upset as well.
I can highly recommend you not to always create new or multiple tickets, but to always use the same one. So the colleagues see directly that something has already been done.
In addition, it saves you time, because the ticket may be processed faster.
But what if they close the ticket…
Give me a moment, I'll ask about that.
