Nitrado Discord Support

Wildcard has published release times for the free DLC Lost Island and the Winter Wonderland event.
The update will be released tonight at 11AM PST for PC (Steam) and 1PM PST for consoles.

As soon as we receive the update, this will be applied to our servers. The map can only be selected in the web interface afterwards.
The colleagues will distribute the update on all servers as soon as possible, as soon as we have it.

For Steam Players:
Please ensure to uninstall the Lost Island mod from the Steam Workshop prior to downloading Lost island (if you already have it installed).
CLIENT side: To ensure the smoothest possible installation and playing experience anyone who had the Lost Island map downloaded as a mod, please make sure you uninstall it from your Steam Workshop, and also delete the local files which can be found here: ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods\2011508704 -- the old mod map has gone through significant changes and will not be compatible anymore.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad official is test ect before nitrado roll out the updates, I saw dolly say theres been transfer issues that needs a server update to rectify.

So like, I have 19 servers at the moment, some pc, the rest playstation with a mix of pve and pvp.

I'd love to be able to categorise them on the "My services" page, or even like manually order them so all pve is at the top ect.
when adjusting settings or giving only our pve servers a boost, it can be abit of a pain to work through the list on open the pve ones

The developer then sent us a new update, which solved this problem.
Now PC is finished and we are working on the console servers, which also came later than the PC server software. This is why everything is delayed at the moment.

Sorry again people. A lot has unfortunately played into the delay, updates that didn't work right away, problems with the server loading the wrong map, servers that don't start or crash.
