I think the main thing is just that this is a freindly racing stuff, I don't see any big plot twist villain when we already got like most as racers in here

plus there's only 2 viable gadgets
might need to up the boost stat, but there's nothing in the demo that helps with that

Sonic (and Super Sonic), Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Eggman, Cream, Shadow, Rouge, Silver, Blaze, Vector, Tangle, Whisper, Lanolin, Surge, and Kit
I'm sure I'm forgetting some that I don't remember, but those are the Sonic characters who have Extreme Gear outfits
So at least for me, they are quite likely in the future, but if any of the characters that are not there (the last 5 ones I mentioned) could arrive, they have less probability of having these costumes

Also, to maintain animation consistency, they redesigned some vehicles with unusual steering wheels (like Big and Omega). But we really don't know, although another indication that we could see IDW characters is one of the covers and description of the Crossworlds comic that will arrive in December, where Tangle is seen and mentioned. The bad thing is that being comic book characters and only appearing in mobile games, they surely would not have voices like half of the Crossworlds roster

it's expensive to use, but it's a really valuable tool
you can smuggle really good items with it, just keep storing anytime you get a new one to keep it in the bag
could maybe even synergize with item keeper to make sure you never have to worry about losing them
i tried it with monster truck gadget as a joke and actually got third place, would be first if i didn't fumble by throwing away my defense at the end (also it my first time playing the track we got

After playing over and over and mixing and matching builds, I've found that my go-to is Speed + Speed Machine, Acceleration + Power Machine, or Power + Boost Machine.
Sage (Accel) + Beast Spike (Power) is my main combo with fastest tricks, faster drift charges, and some added Power stats for a nice balance with a tad more Power.
I thought I was gonna be maining Boost type more, but honestly, you can use all the recovery you can get with the Power stat.
