Just a nice visual for people who wear cloak and have hoodie can be used to cover the helmet/headgears, showing the cloack cover the helmet and the armor from soaking too much buff. Honestly just idea for looksmaxxing crown

not that easy to cover all existing headgear with a hood and make all of em look good tbh

much more likely if we ask for more cowls like the hired cowl or new helmets that is already covered
