hello i have a problem with metro 2033 and last light redux. Whenever i launch the game is crashes with no error massages and when i try again there is this massage and no matter wha i choose it's still the same thing. Please help

I won't be able to help much more than that but here's a few things to check :

• Verify game files integrity (there's an option on Steam for that in the game options when you right click on it on your Library)
• On the game store page, make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements
• Make sure your drivers are up to date
• Uninstall and reinstall the game
• Reboot your computer
• Check other posts on #1019868274214850612 for similar issues to see if someone found a solution for that

i have tried all of the above and my pc is MORE then capable of running the game
RTX 3050, ryzen 5 700, 32GB ddr 5 ram
i looked a lot for some similare issues but non of them worked so here i am

i have been trying to fix this for more then three months now

Sure, no need to mention me. I understand you're frustration but there really is nothing else I can do for you. In the meantime, I recommend you search through the #1019868274214850612 (you probably missed some posts, your issue is far from being unique) or Steam forums maybe :)

Stupid question but, did you try launching in normal mode?

When the game is asking you if you want to launch in safe mode press no

this only happens with metro 2033 and last night

and i have tried all of these
deleteing physicX thingy
emptying the "legal.ogv"
downloaded a random "patch" file
uninstalling and redownloading the game
updating my drivers
typing "-dxd11" in the launch options
launching as admin
compatibility settings
overriding the DPI settings

A few things you can try:

• Turning off NVidia overlay

• Putting "-winxp" in launch options

• Running as administrator

• Turning Bluetooth off

• Navigating to "C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\4A Games\Metro 2033" and deleting the whole Metro 2033 folder

• Going to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Metro 2033 Redux\pc\redist\D3D11Install, Run D3D11Install.exe

• Go to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Metro 2033 Redux, Run the "metro_benchmark.exe" and untick Advanced PhysX

• Downloading and installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2021 redistributable x64 11.0.61030 at https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=30679

• Launching the game without any USB plugged in

bluetooth is always off
i already deleted the 4A file
i went to the redist file and it told me that i have the latest update

i'll try the one that i didnt do
