Means the game crashed. Should be able to just restart it. If it keeps happening, post with what part of the game your on before it crashes

i cant even enter to it , when i launch it they said you want to run it on save mode i press yes and after that they show the black screen and after that they show that message

I did verify the files but about reinstall the game i cant I have bad wifi to download it again , I was waiting 1 week to download it
