no? I mean, uniques are all "fixed" so they don't automatically scale to your level, and also the random pool drops (which is most of uniques in the game) can drop at any level up to the zone level, so it's quite possible to get level 0 uniques in empowered mono

Hi, im wondering what i should prioritize next in this build. Damage feels fine but i would like to be tankier. I assume a better anchor would be one of the top priorities but it feels very slow to build up stability in the timeline for 10-15 minutes only to kill the boss once and then have to redo it all again for another shot at the drop. Amulet is also garbage but haven't found a good exalt on the same base and i'm already using all prophecies towards that so right now progression feels really slow unfortunately

CoF = Circle Of Fortune. It's a non-trade faction designed around farming items yourself, you either join that one or Merchant's Guild (trade faction), you cannot join both on the same character. And correct, if you buy an item you cannot trade it again.
