Are you in empowered timeline or normal? If empowered, more corruption, all the bans in weaver tree to maximize the amount of unique or set rewards, go to vendor, buy all the swords and use rune of ascendance on them

Example, you want a +Skills affix. You look it up and see that it can drop on Helmets, Chests, and Relics. Maybe you want it on a Helmet. So you run Exalted Helmet Prophecies for extra drop chances. CoF is all about grinding.

very simplistic answer is: if you have very little flat damage, flat damage is insane, and it gets less and less good the more you have, and same for increased % spell damage as well

They are strictly against a "click this to skip campaign" button. They expand options to make campaign faster instead. The recent change is now running the dungeons for the first time will give you +2 passive points and an idol slot rewards as if you completed multiple side quests, so doing all three dungeons on an alt will give you basically half the rewards for the entire campaign alone.
They have also updated how monoliths work for alts, significantly faster now
